From when can we check-in on the day of arrival?

Our rooms are available on the day of arrival from 2:00 PM. The apartments are available from 3:00 PM.

Until when do we have to check-out on the day of departure?

We ask you to vacate your room or apartment on the day of departure by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Are dogs allowed in Lake Villa Wochinz?

Dogs are only possible upon prior request. Please contact us before your booking. Thank you for your understanding!

Is a short stay also possible?

Yes, shorter stays are also possible in the pre- and post-season. For a stay of up to 3 nights, we charge a short stay surcharge of 10%.

How high is the deposit for a booking?

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is to be paid when booking.

What payment options are available?

Payment on site is made in cash.

What are the cancellation conditions?

For cancellations, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
